Katherine Janice Osborn

April 26, 1927 ~ October 6, 2017 (age 90) 90 Years Old

Katherine was born in Buhl, Idaho to Stanley A. and Edith H. (Crossland) Webber.

Janice, as she preferred to be called, also grew up in Buhl with her older sister Elizabeth. One of her favorite past times was riding her bicycle into Melon Valley and Hagerman Valley. She continued riding bike into her eighties.

She graduated at Buhl High School and attended business college in Salt Lake City and in Twin Falls. She met and married Clifford Miller in 1945. They had two daughters. They divorced and in 1955 she married Virgil Osborn. Janice and Virgil had twin sons and a daughter. He was a farmer and the family resided in Filer, Shoshone, Jerome, Hansen and Twin Falls areas. Janice worked on the harvesters, Later she became a cook for a Twin Falls

care center. After her retirement she became a foster grandparent for the Boise School District, primarily at Cynthia Mann Elementary, from 2008 to 2014. She lived her final years in Garden City at Mallard Point, where she met and enjoyed many friends. Her last days were spent with her daughter in Mountain Home. 

She is proceeded in death by her husband, oldest daughter Rena Miller Mitchell, one twin, Stanley Osborn, her sister, Elizabeth Webber Bancroft, and one great granddaughter, Tianna Nicole Larae Reinbold. 

She is survived by son, Brain L. Osborn, Twin Falls and daughters Laura Miller Sullivan, Mountain Home and Shauna Osborn Schaeffer, Meridian, 13 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren 

We all miss her dearly.
