Our beloved Heather fought her whole life -
for acceptance…
for understanding…
for relief from mental challenges and physical pain.
She found a career that she thrived in thanks to her cherished sister whom she loved deeply. She was born to do it, and she learned quickly. She came home beaming with stories of her days!
She was so smart and tender hearted - but she would NEVER let you see that side. Her internal social filter was set on low!
She was so grateful for the unconditional love and devotion of her sweet Rocky, her cuddly Ebony, and her “demon child” Morty. She loved animals more than she loved most people. She loved her family, and her sisters most especially.
She conquered her anxiety. She managed her ADHD. She mastered her bipolar diagnosis. And she used every available medical resource to deal with her pain… until she couldn’t anymore. She chose her final battle with her pain. It’s not a path any of us would have chosen for her. We will miss her terribly, and she will be forever in our hearts.
