Since losing Grandma she is my last thoughts when I try to sleep and my first thoughts when I wake. So many happy childhood memories and not nearly enough as an adult after moving too far away to visit regularly. I am so grateful to have had her as my Grandma. I loved that we had a lot of the same views and could talk politics together. Little memories will pop into my head randomly like when I was little and she taught me how to play old maid card matching memory game. Last night I called my son a little wiggle worm and remembered the first time I heard that Grandma was calling my sister one and making her laugh. We loved spending the night at our grandparents house. I can hear her singing and playing piano. I miss her so much.

Grandma Iverson, your memory and spirit will live in me until we meet again. I will hold closely the memories I have of the time we spent together; making Christmas cookies and decorating your Christmas tree, spending the night with you and grandpa, watching and listening to you play the piano and sing, and so many more.
