Tara Anne Warren, 37, Meridian, Idaho, died unexpectedly at her home on Saturday Sept 9, 2017.

Tara was born Dec. 18, 1979 to David L. Haines and Colleen S. (Koppen-Haines) Binko in Lancaster, WI. At the age of 7, Tara moved with her family to Scottsdale, Arizona where she lived until the age of 15 before moving to Rogers, Arkansas. It was here that Tara had many firsts in her life…Graduation from high school, first marriage, and first child (her daughter Sara). In 1999, Tara moved back to Arizona, where she met and later married Stephen Warren in 2002. After the birth of their sons, Gabriel and Elijah, they moved to Meridian, Idaho, where she resided until her death. In addition to her family and friends, Tara loved animals, especially dogs and elephants. If you knew Tara well, you probably knew that she adored anything and everything with elephants on it. Tara was a very kind hearted person, and had a passion for helping others, especially patients on dialysis and hospice patients. Tara will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her and she will never be forgotten.

Tara is survived by her husband Stephen, one daughter Sara, two sons Gabriel and Elijah, all of the Meridian home; her mother Colleen Binko, Meridian, Idaho; one brother Steve Haines, Stitzer, Wisconsin; one sister Kari (Marvin) Smith, Meridian, Idaho; maternal Grandfather, Herbert (Rose) Koppen, Sherrill, Iowa; paternal Grandmother, Gladys Haines, Lancaster, WI; three nephews, Isaiah Haines, Phoenix, Arizona, Zachariah Haines, Meridian, Idaho, and Isaac Smith, Meridian, Idaho; and numerous Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.

Tara was preceded in death by her Father, David Haines; Step-Father, Lester Binko; maternal Grandmother, Ina Koppen; and paternal Grandfather, Loren Haines.
