Linda Brown, 69, passed away in Boise, Idaho on May 10th, 2017 in the comfort of her own bed. Linda was born May 11th, 1947 in Council Bluffs, Iowa to Marjorie and Robert Hobson.  She was married to Michael Gardner from 10/31/64 to 11/6/74. Linda met the love of her life James Brown in 1974 and they were married on June 14th, 1975 in San Marcos, California. Linda and James were happily married over forty years before he passed away in November of 2015. After high school, she continued her education taking nursing courses in college. Linda worked a variety of jobs, but was most proud of her long-term career as a nursing assistant. She will forever be remembered by her sense of humor,  her love of bingo, casinos, scratch-off tickets, coffee, Red Lobster, and a refreshing glass of Coke-iced but not watered down. Above all, she found the most joy in loving and laughing with her family and friends.  Linda is survived by her children Rob Gardner and his wife Cindy Gardner, Tami Norvell and her husband Jeff Norvell, Mike Gardner and his wife Amy Gardner, her nine grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at Regency Columbia Village in Boise, ID on Sunday, May 21st at 2:00pm. Flowers and cards can be delivered to 3923 S Ticonderoga Way Boise, ID 83706.
