Frances Margaret Niedzwiecki, formerly of Walled Lake, MI, passed away August 24, 2017 in Boise, Idaho, where she’d resided since late 2016.  She was born December 3, 1926 to parents Joseph and Hedwig Michalik.  Her parents, twin brother Joseph Mitchell, brother Thaddeus Michalik, and husband Edward Niedzwiecki preceded her in death.  She is mourned by her daughter, Christine Brady, sister Wanda Livernois, grandchildren Fiona and Thomas Brady, great-grandson Kyan Lee, as well as cousins, nieces, nephews, sister-in-law Carmen Mitchell, and many friends.  Frances was a graduate of St. Joseph’s Academy in Adrian, MI, and spent her work life as a bookkeeper at various tool & die shops, Haggerty Lumber, and, lastly, at Mitch’s Restaurant.  She enjoyed travel--both domestic and foreign--needle crafts, ethnic food and festivals, and sharing her love of life with family and friends.  A funeral mass will take place on Oct 27, 2017 at St. William’s Church in Walled Lake, MI, followed by a private reception, with inurnment at All Saints Cemetery the following day.  For more information about the mass and reception, contact 208-447-8197 or cbrady@fiberpipe.net.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Belle Isle Conservancy or simply taking someone you love out to lunch.
